Submitting receipts and getting rewards should be fast and frictionless, so our top-to-bottom redesign incorporated intuitive UX and many brand-new features. Past feature additions were brought under one design umbrella, and navigation was consolidated and modernized.
The NPD Group is a leading market research organization that tracks, analyzes, and reports on consumer behavior. Together we designed a program that has paid out over $3 million in rewards.
Users can easily connect their email and Amazon accounts to submit e-receipts automatically. We also added bonus-point minigames, social sharing options, and a refer-a-friend program to boost engagement.
